400mm Double Collars Injection HDPE Fish Bracket For Aquaculture Sea Cage
DESCRIPTION:
HDPE Bracket is manufactured by mould pressure injection machine, the min. thickness of its part is ≥20mm. HDPE bracket together with butt fusion welding 110mm-180mm upright pipe and 110mm- 180mm same diameter Tee consists of cage I frame. I-frame is evenly distributed along the perimeter of the cage frame, with a spacing of 1.5m-2m.
400mm double collars bracket is designed for the fish cages with two floating pipes of diameter of 400mm, the collar hole size can be fitted with outside diameter 140mm/160mm upright pipes and 125mm or 140mm handrail pipe, related tee size is 140 125mm or 160 x 140mm, walkway pedal size is 495 x 1106mm. Whole sets of HDPE accessories can be provided.
Our produced bracket is one-piece injection mold HDPE 100 grade, extremely robust for hard usage conditions. It is widely used in deep sea aquaculture fish farming. Customized size can be acceptable if quantity demand is big.

How To Do Assembly Work Of Fish Cage Bracket, Upright And Tees?
Firstly, do the butt fusion welding work for the tee and upright pipe, the diameter of upright pipe is equal to that of tee. Then, plug the well fished upright pipe into the hole of bracket. Welding Requirement：
1.Welding should ensure that the section is completely in the middle and the wrong side does not exceed 10% of the wall thickness.
2.The butt temperature should be kept at 210-230℃, and the melting length of the two ends should be 1-2mm
3.Pipe heat absorption time 70-120s, cooling time 10-16min.
APPLICATION:
Injection HDPE bracket are widely used in offshore aquaculture cage, since it is more robust.
We provide the matched tees, stopper, pins together with the bracket, so client can do easy assembly work on site.
