450mm Double Collars Injection HDPE Fish Cage Bracket For Aquaculture Cage

450mm double collars bracket is designed for the fish cages with two floating pipes of diameter of 450mm, the collar hole size can be fitted with outside diameter 160mm upright pipes and 140mm handrail pipe, related tee size is 160 x 140mm, walkway pedal size is 495 x 1106mm. Whole sets of HDPE accessories can be provided. Our injection molded brackets are more robust than that of rotational mold, which can be used in the hard aquaculture conditions. When building fish cages, brackets are equally distributed along the cage perimeter, together with upright pipe, tees and stoppers, support the floating pipes and bear the pressure.

Firstly, do the butt fusion welding work for the tee and upright pipe, the diameter of upright pipe is equal to that of tee. Then, plug the well fished upright pipe into the hole of bracket. Welding Requirement：

1.Welding should ensure that the section is completely in the middle and the wrong side does not exceed 10% of the wall thickness.

2.The butt temperature should be kept at 210-230℃, and the melting length of the two ends should be 1-2mm

3.Pipe heat absorption time 70-120s, cooling time 10-16min.

Our injection brackets are more robust and high strength than that of roto-moulding.
