    DESCRIPTION:

It is available for welding of HDPE, PVDF, EVA, PP, etc. all can be hot-melt material. 

    HDPE pipes are widely used in various industries because of their durability, flexibility and corrosion resistance. Butt welding technology provides a strong and leak-proof joint, making it suitable for applications requiring fluid transfer. 

    Hydraulic butt welding machines usually consist of several components, including hydraulic devices, welding devices, heating plates and control systems. Hydraulics generate the pressure needed to hold the pipes together during the welding process. The welding unit is equipped with clamps that hold the pipe in place to ensure proper alignment. The heating plate heats the pipe end to melt the material and form the weld. 

    To use a hydraulic butt welder, the operator prepares the pipe ends by removing any dirt or debris, ensuring the welding surface is clean. The pipe is then inserted into the clamp of the welding device and the heating plate is placed between the pipe ends. The operator adjusts machine settings, including melt time and temperature, to the specific requirements of the HDPE pipe being connected. 

    Once everything is set up, hydraulics apply pressure to hold the pipe ends securely together, and a heating plate heats the pipe ends. The heat causes the pipe ends to melt and when the appropriate melting time has elapsed, the heating plate is removed. The molten pipe ends are then brought together and pressure is maintained until the joint cools and solidifies, forming a strong and reliable fusion.
