Stingray Mooring Anchor Delivery

Stingray anchor provides ultimate holding powers, it’s commonly used in marine cyclone mooring system, aquaculture fish cage mooring system, mussel/shellfish/seaweed mooring long lines. It is an ideal dual shank anchor for ocean farms with it’s characteristics of high durable, high efficient and high holding power, and is suitable for securing fish cages, nets, buoys and other aquaculture equipment.

We choose Q345B/Q355B steel with the upper tolerance of the plate thickness to guarantee its weight. All steel work will be done clear of excessive weld spatter. All piece parts are free from burrs and rough edges, and can be fitted together adequately. All chamfer and knuckles in correct places as per construction drawing. NDT inspection is done for all welds to ensure welding quality. The surface is painted as per client’s requirement on color. And, all fasteners are with 10.9 grade.

We did destructive test for 1000kg, 1500kg stingray anchors when the first time we supplied this anchor in ten years ago. And, we will do proof load test and MT for every batch of stingray anchor order before delivery. Quality is priority. Raw material certificate, Load test certificate, NDT inspection certificate will be submitted together when delivery.

Stingray mooring anchor is bolted design, which makes it easily assembly and save transport cost. When delivery, anchor head is bundled together, anchor shank is individually loaded to save loading room and cost. Lashing and fixation are very important when loading to ensure stability and don’t occur damage to the anchor surface and container.
